I sell:

• Original artworks

• Art prints

• Custom or made-to-order artworks
   

All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe and PayPal.

• I do not store or have access to your full payment details.

UK orders

• At present, I ship within the UK only.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

• Orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork in transit.

Risk & delivery

• Responsibility for the artwork passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

International orders

• International shipping will be offered in the future.

• When available, international buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, except for custom or made-to-order artworks (see section 6).

To cancel:

• You must contact me within 14 days of receipt to let me know you wish to return the item.

Returning items

• After cancellation is agreed, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.

• The refund will include the item price and the original standard delivery cost.

• I reserve the right to make a deduction if the artwork has been damaged or mishandled.

Custom or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
This includes:
 

• Commissioned pieces

• Personalised or customised artworks

• Works created specifically to your request
   

This is in line with UK consumer law.

Prints should be handled carefully and returned in original packaging where possible.

​If a limited edition print includes a certificate of authenticity, this must be returned with the artwork.

All artworks, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Sasha Shalmina.
 

• Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use images of the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

I am not responsible for:

• Delays outside my control (e.g. postal or courier delays)

• Loss or damage caused after delivery

• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which explains how and why your data is collected and used.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Last updated 19th December 2025.
