If you change your mind about a non-custom artwork, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact me to request a return. Once approved, the artwork must be returned within a further 14 days in its original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Custom or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All prints are made to order and include free UK shipping. A2 size and smaller are printed in-house and dispatched within 3 working days, securely packaged in a protective tube and sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. XL prints (70 × 100 cm / 27.5 × 39.3 in) are produced and framed by a trusted third-party printer and dispatched within 7 working days, though this may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, although this can vary. All orders are carefully packaged, tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, and if any delays occur, you’ll be informed as soon as possible. If you are outside the UK, please contact me before placing an order.
